I’m passionate about helping women in midlife navigate the complex and often tender transitions that come with this season of life. With over 25 years of experience in mental health, health coaching, and leadership development, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to my work. My goal is to help women find their footing again and reconnect with their clarity, confidence, and purpose when life feels uncertain.

My path has been anything but linear. I hold degrees in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources, and a Master’s in Social Work, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC). I’m also a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Mind Body Green Certified Health Coach, and hold both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications in human resources. Along the way, I’ve presented at conferences and trainings on trauma, resilience, and suicide prevention—work that deepened my appreciation for the mind-body connection and the power of holistic healing.

Despite all my training, there came a point when my own health challenges stopped me in my tracks. I realized I had been pouring so much energy into building a career and supporting others that I had neglected myself. Learning to apply the principles of health and wellness coaching in my own life was transformative. I shifted from a path of dis-ease to one of health, healing, and sustainability—and that experience ignited my commitment to help other women do the same.

Today, I work with women who are navigating divorce, career change, empty nesting, loss, or health challenges; moments when life asks us to pause and reimagine what’s next. Through a compassionate and empowering process, I help my clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, rediscover what brings them joy, and design lives that truly support who they are at their core.

My clients often describe my approach as calm, grounded, and catalytic—a space where they feel safe to explore, yet inspired to act. My greatest joy is watching women walk away feeling renewed, capable, and ready to paint their lives with all the colors that make them uniquely who they are.

The Story Behind Calmnity

The name Calmnity was born from two words that hold deep meaning: Calm and Serenity.
Calm represents steadiness or the ability to return to center, even when life feels uncertain or loud. Serenity embodies inner peace, a quiet strength that allows us to move forward with clarity and grace.

Together, they form Calmnity – a reflection of the journey toward balance, self-awareness, and wholeness. It’s not just a name, but a philosophy: that peace isn’t found in perfection, but in presence.

At Calmnity, everything we create, from coaching and therapy to leadership and learning, is grounded in that belief. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, align with your purpose, and move through life’s transitions with calm confidence and renewed clarity.
